Heavenly Father, I admit that I am a sinner and deserve your wrath. But I believe that Jesus died for me, and that he rose again, so today I want to turn away from my sin and put all of my confidence and hope in Jesus, and follow him.  And so I ask you to have mercy on me, to forgive my sins and to give me eternal life. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
